This is my second purchase with Steven and throughout both, Steven has been very responsive, punctual, informative, and extremely professional. I've heard nightmare stories that other buyers go through and that has yet to be the case. All of Steven's references are too notch as well. It goes without saying that I will be using Steven and his team on all future real estate transactions.

We initially contacted him in 2014 for a move from KY to FL and he helped us find a home to rent while we determined next steps (build vs. buy). He then assisted us when we contracted to build our home in Minneola. When the build process became difficult due to multiple builder issues, Steven took the lead with communication on our behalf. He helped us work through the issues and move forward with a very difficult process (a result of the builder issues noted). He was with us every step of the way and was a voice of reason to us. When we met with Steven, he stood out because of his history with our prospective lender, but moreover because he sat with us and put together an MLS search based on the criteria of prospective homes we were considering. While my wife and I continued to save for our down-payment and deciding on our realtor, Steven would send us a weekly updated MLS listing, and it's from this email that we found a property that we had not found ourselves, that we because very interested in. During the week between Christmas and New Years when the house was pulled off the market, Steven worked with the selling agent (who happened to work in his same office coincidentally), and got us a viewing. By New Years we had an agreement with the sellers and by Valentine's day we moved into our new home. We can't recognize Steven enough for his patience and willingness to work with us on our first home buying process, much less our unique request to partner with a lender that would perform manual underwriting, and moreover his diligence with communicating with us on a daily basis over the holidays, to make our dream a success. We would recommend Steven to anyone, and especially first time home buyers. We were spoiled to have him as our realtor.

Not having lived in this area of the state before, I relied heavily on Steven's recommendations for lenders, home inspectors and other ancillary services. Larry took care of us over two days. The first day we saw what we wanted and some he suggested. He really listened to us during the first day and the second day showed it. We bought a house in Kissimmee with Steven's help. We were moving from Portland, OR to the Orlando area and had no idea where to start. I saw his stellar yelp reviews and messaged him through yelp to see if he would be willing to chat with us (we had lots of questions and just wanted to see if it was a good fit). He was so awesome and got back to us in record time. It was clear to us that he genuinely wanted to help people find the right home for them. We hired him immediately and since we were long distance, he took care of everything. We ended up going out there to look for houses and he was so good at getting us into the houses that we wanted to see all in a weekend. We had some hiccups with a couple of sellers throughout the process and he went above and beyond to help us. As I live in Ireland I completely relied on Paul to find me exactly what I was looking for. He is professional and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of buying a home in Orlando. I was very pleased with the service and the property he found me.

My wife and I reached out to him and let him know what our wish list was and the area we wanted to live in. We told him some homes we were interested in and he brought other great candidates -- he took us through all of them, but we just could not find something in our budget. My wife and I thought we would have to wait a few months until something else came in the market, but maybe a week or two went by and Steven found a new build that was almost completed -- it was not even listed on any of the big websites (Zillow, etc.). However, Roland stood above the rest by being prepared and knowledgeable. He truly looked out for me as a client. Many questions I didn't know to ask, Roland would take the initiative, and asked many beneficial questions on my behalf, or at least made me aware situations to help make my decision accordingly. We we moved to Central Florida we knew absolutely no one and nothing about the area. My wife and myself were very discouraged about the whole home buying process to the point we were going to give up. I finally got fed up and saw a listing and thought to myself I will do everything myself, well I called the listing agent and they returned my phone call with Steven Horner.
