About Darius

I was born and raised in the amazing city of Atlanta, GA! Out of high school, I received a full-ride PGA Golf Management scholarship to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES). While attending UMES, I competed on the Division 1 Men’s Golf Team and became a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. As part of the PGA program, I had to complete 16 months of internships at various private golf clubs. I chose East Lake Golf Club, Wade Hampton, Capital City Club, and Topgolf Atlanta Midtown. Once I officially graduated college and became a Class A PGA member, I received a job offer to become the Lead Golf Instructor at Topgolf Orlando. Post covid, I was able to work as the Director of Instruction in opening the venue of Topgolf Lake Mary.

Throughout my time venturing in the PGA Golf Industry, I stumbled upon the insurance claims adjusting industry. I studied methodically and was able to obtain my All-Lines Adjusters license. Therefore, Five Star Claims Adjusting hired me as a Commercial & Residential Public Claims Adjuster. My company is now the largest Public Adjusting firm in Florida!
